She was a famous show mare in her time. Checkmate is a maternal brother to World Champion Olympian Promise Me Ribbons. There are many, many National Champion Egyptian King off spring and they are the core of many of the countries top breeding programs.

Checkmate is a gorgeous horse himself unfortunately he was unshown due to an injury. Today however he is amazing us with his ability to constantly throw Beautiful, ultra refined foals with baby doll heads He is a sir of Champions.
