In 2000 we went to California on a trip where we saw our first mini. Having always wanted a horse and never being able to have one, my husband said that we might have room for one.  (I think he sometimes might regret having said that.)

We follow the Alabama football games so when we went to watch them play Arkansas, I found a farm close by that had minis, so we went to look.  I fell in love with these little guys.  The next year we went back and brought 3 home.  That was the start.  We now have over 30 horses and 230 acres!
